The
MMO coated Titanium anodes, an oxidizing film naturally passivates
the titanium substrate, the Titanium anode remains dimensionally
stable over time. Direct current transfer is accomplished through
the mixed metal oxide catalyst , which is highly conductive and
fully oxidized so that higher current outputs are possible ( approximately
10 amps / ft2 in fresh water and over 50 amps / ft2 in salt Water).
This two-part composition allows for a maximum current density and
it can be used with various levels of moisture and salt contents
, acid environments with extremely low pH levels (under 1) and high
chloride concentrations. It can be designed to provide effective
protection for 6 years and more , i.e. the mixed metal oxide coating
on the anodes has an almost negligible consumption rate of less
than 1.0 mg / amp-yr.

Platinized
Titanium Anode is an absolutely vital element for wet electro deposition
of precious metals like Gold, Rhodium, Platinum, Palladium and nonferrous
metals like Chromium, Nickel, Copper and Zinc. We offer Platinized
Titanium Anodes in any size in the maximum of 1.2 sq.mtr.(1.2 metre
X 1.2 metre) in single piece. Titanium plate, mesh, wire, rod and
Niobium, Tantalum can also be platinized for various applications.
We can do the coating thickness from 0.5 micron to 15.0 micron as
per customer application and request.
PLATIZED
NIOBIUM ANODE
Since the Niobium substrate is resistant to corrosion, the anode
remains dimensionally stable over its operating life and consumption
of the Platinum costing is extremely low (40 to 80 mg / amp-yr.).Because
of its low consumption rate, the anode may be employed in a protection
system to achieve a design life of 6 years and above. Platinized
Niobium Anode is highly conductive and can be operated at a maximum
current density of 100 amps/ft2. The anode is also Very light weight,
flexible and strong. Platinized Niobium Anodes are designed for
use in all types of aqueous storage and process equipment. The anode
has proven to operate effectively in fresh, brackish and salt water
and is not adversely affected by Chloride concentration.

Electrolyzer is an onsite Sodium HypoChlorite
Generator, is the best solution to the Chlorinating Equation. It
generates active Chlorine (Sodium HypoChlorite) on-site, from brine

well as Chlorine but it is far less hazardous. By using our TITANIUM

electrochemical processes, we produce the system having capacity
to produce active Chlorine 25gm/hr to 100gm/hr. Our multi-strand
TTCI Chlor 140 can produce the Chlorine up to 300gm/hr.

TITANIUM ANODE BASKETS
Titanium Anode Baskets are in various shapes and sizes like Round
type , Tray type and as per customer design .Those baskets are fabricated
from Titanium sheets and mesh , they provide easy flow of electrolytes.
TITANIUM HEATING / COOLING COIL
Heating and Cooling coils are manufacture from mill products as
per ASTM standard and leak tested. Normally coils are made from
½"dia - 2 ½"dia pipe or tube as per ASTM
B 337/338, Gr.1 or 2 applicable to chemical, electroplating and
metal finishing industries to heat or cool the chemical bath. We
also manufacture special sizes and shape superfine 'U' coils. We
are manufacturing the coil out Titanium, Tantalum, and Nickel and
Zirconium mill products.
TITANIUM HEATERS
Titanium Heaters are for longer services and durability under severe
electrolytic conditions. Heater casings are fabricated from pure
Titanium pipe, tube and sheets as per ASTM B 337, 338, AND 265 Gr.1/2
duly welded as per ASTM standard and leak tested. We are also manufacturing
the heaters
out of Zirconium applicable to Sulfuric acid.
PLATINIZED TITANIUM ANODE
Platinized Titanium Anode is an absolutely vital element for wet
Electro deposition of precious metals like Gold, Rhodium, Platinum,

Zinc.
Titanium mesh, plate, wire and Niobium, Tantalum can also be Platinized
from various application. Normally coating thickness 2.5 micron
